Question from a Bride and Groom . .
Is it OK to serve soup instead of meat and potatoes at our reception?
Response . .
Just recently I was associated with a Bride and Groom who served three types of soup, with an assortment of breads and a toss salad, before their sunset wedding. The Groom is an excellent cook so he asked the caterer to duplicate three of the Groom's favorite soup recipes for the pre-ceremony meal.
