There's two sides to every story and somewhere in the middle is the truth.
Just recently I was told my a recent bride had unhappy she was with the wedding cake that was delivered to her reception. And this bride told everyone who would hear her about her unhappiness.
Now, I am very familiar with the owner of this wedding cake bakery so I found the bride's story about her wedding cake very disturbing.
What the bride failed to tell all those who would hear her was that she changed the cake flavor and/or the icing flavor and/or the icing color and/or the style of the cake and/or the number of slices needed and/or the decorations at least six times in a two month period. And how do I know that? Because the wedding cake baker showed me her notes associated with this cake order. And here's where the problems began . . the bride never walked into the store to talk to the cake baker even though she was encouraged to do so when she first ordered the cake and when she made every change. The bride lived within a thirty minute drive of the bakery.
So, before you give a service provider a negative review on one of the many wedding vendor websites think about your participation (or lack of participation) in the final product.
