Yes, I will travel to Sarasota or Siesta Key or Boca Grande or Englewood or Nokomis or Osprey. There's nothing quite like getting married or renewing your wedding vows in paradise! Beach theme ceremonies, Christian Ceremonies, Interfaith Ceremonies, Non-religious Ceremonies, Romantic Ceremonies and Spiritual Ceremonies (mentions God). Yes, I have done many "short notice" ceremonies. In Florida, only ONE signature is required on the Marriage License, the officiant's signature. I have performed many "just the two of us" ceremonies.

When you plan your wedding OR renewal of vows OR special event in conjunction with a holiday or another special event there are many things that need to be considered before you sign any contract or make reservations . .

Will your guests be able to secure lodging or will all the rooms be reserved well in advance of your wedding day?

Will the resort where your ceremony is taking place have a two-night minimum policy during that time period?

Will the room rates increase by $25 or $50 or $75 per night?

Will you be able to reserve the specific banquet room that you want or is that banquet room already reserved by an organization?

And will moving about the community be difficult due to an increase in car and/or charter bus traffic?
