Yes, I have done many "short notice" ceremonies. In Florida, only ONE signature is required on the Marriage License, the officiant's signature. I have performed many "just the two of us" ceremonies.

 Question from a Bride and Groom . . Is there a time that we should avoid for our wedding ceremony on the beach because it is too hot?

Response:  You should avoid the hours between 10AM and 6PM during the "hot and humid" months of June, July, August and September in Florida.
