Question from a Bride and Groom:  Do we have to get a "beach wedding permit" if we are staying at a resort right on the beach?

Response:  No, if the resort or hotel or motel is located "right on the beach" that area is considered "private property".

Sunset Beach Rentals/Resort, 77 Beach Road, Siesta Key, Sarasota, FL is a perfect example of a resort right on the beach.
