Yes, I have done many "short notice" ceremonies. In Florida, only ONE signature is required on the Marriage License, the officiant's signature. I have performed many "just the two of us" ceremonies.

Question from a Bride:  Where does the wedding ring go, inside or outside?

Response:  The wedding ring goes on the inside.  The engagement ring is moved to the right hand right before the Bride walks down the aisle.  The engagement ring is moved back to the left hand after the ceremony.
