Yes, I have done many "short notice" ceremonies. In Florida, only ONE signature is required on the Marriage License, the officiant's signature. I have performed many "just the two of us" ceremonies.

Here is an example of a three piece wedding ring set.
The center ring is the lady's wedding ring, the wedding ring is worn closest to the heart (or inside).  The Groom's wedding ring is a duplicate of the lady's wedding ring, just a bit larger in size.
This type of set is usually purchased together.
