Whether you make your own homemade version or purchase several family size pans, Lasagna is one of the most well-liked and economical meals that you can serve your guests at a bridal luncheon or at a home engagement party or at a casual rehearsal dinner or at a self-catered small reception.  Just add an assortment of breads and a green salad.  You can usually get ten to twelve servings from a 13 X 9 size pan.
