Yes, I have done many "short notice" ceremonies. In Florida, only ONE signature is required on the Marriage License, the officiant's signature. I have performed many "just the two of us" ceremonies.

Start with a local limousine company.  It's very possible that the owner or manager knows of classic or vintage limousines companies in the state or local area through his/her business affiliations or networking.

You could also try to contact a local classic car club.  Many classic car owners know what others members own, and if they rent out their cars.
