Sarasota County just started an on-line Marriage License application (April 2020).

Yes, you still have to walk into the building to claim your Marriage License, show your photo ID and provide your Social Security number. And, yes, you still may have a THREE day waiting period IF you are a State of Florida resident (unless you took the approved FL premarital course).
