Question from a Bride and Groom:  Do we need to get a "beach wedding permit" if we are getting married on the beach in front of our rental home?

Response:  Most hotel, resort, vacation homes and rental properties are considered "private property".  Those locations do NOT need a "beach wedding permit".

This ceremony site is located across the street
from a rented vacation home along Casey Key Road, Nokomis, FL.

The Bride and Groom rented an archway and several white chairs.
Family members decorated the rented archway.
