Yes, I have done many "short notice" ceremonies. In Florida, only ONE signature is required on the Marriage License, the officiant's signature. I have performed many "just the two of us" ceremonies.

Before you walk down the aisle, you should move your engagement ring to the right hand temporarily.  The engagement can be moved back to the left hand after the ceremony.  The wedding ring is worn on the INSIDE, the engagement ring is worn on the outside.
