Yes, I have done many "short notice" ceremonies. In Florida, only ONE signature is required on the Marriage License, the officiant's signature. I have performed many "just the two of us" ceremonies.

What would you do if you saw your best friend's fiance flirting with another woman in a restaurant? Would call this cheating? Would you call this his last fling? Or would you confront him at the restaurant with the lady present? Or would you just take a picture of him and the lady with your camera phone and show it to your best friend (who is about to get married in two weeks)?
