Today, a Bride and/or Groom was looking for someone to conduct a wedding ceremony in Florida with an out-of-state Marriage License.

This CANNOT be done!!!  If you wish to get married in Florida, then you must apply for and present a Florida Marriage License to the officiant before the ceremony begins.

And, even if a Florida officiant conducted the ceremony and signed the out-of-state Marriage License that Marriage License would NOT be valid in the Bride and Groom's home state.  Why?  Because the officiant or clergy member has to identify where the ceremony took place and his or her home address.
