Did you just get engaged?
Before you assemble your "team" of bridesmaids take into serious consideration what they can and cannot afford financially. Are you asking them to buy plane tickets? Are you asking them to stay at a resort for 3 or 4 or 5 days? Are you asking them to buy expensive dresses or gowns? Are you asking them to have their hair done and/or their nails done plus purchase specific jewelry or shoes to match their gown?
