This area is "owned and maintained" by Sarasota County Parks and Recreation, and that means you will have to obtain "an event permit" to have your ceremony "on the beach".
You can obtain "an event permit" by calling 941-861-9930 or 9931, ask for Martha or Kathy, office hours Monday thru Friday 8AM-430PM. Information, details and payment can be made "over the phone".
