Before you sign a written agreement or contract with a service provider or vendor ask this question, "What services, expenses or items are NOT covered by this contract that may be needed or might occur?"

And if those non-covered items are serious or could become costly then have those items added to your contract even if the terms have to be handwritten, initialed and dated by both parties.
