Question from a Bride and Groom . .

How old do the wedding ceremony witnesses have to be?

Response . .

A witness must be 18 years old.  In the State of Florida, the only required signature on the Marriage License/Certificate of Marriage is the officiant's signature (government official / notary / member of the clergy).
