Why would a vendor tell us he may be going out of business?
Response . .
A vendor should not be seeking new business if he foresees going out of business. He may also be stating this as a scare tactic. A wedding insurance policy or using your credit card will protect you BUT before you sign a contract with this vendor or give them a deposit do some research on this vendor (how long have they been in business, do they belong to any professional organizations, and would previous clients hire this person again).
