H is for House. Either before you get married or after you say, "I do," you, as a couple, will pursue finding and creating "a home." Will this "house" be a basement apartment in Chicago or your Grandmother's renovated two bedroom cottage across town or a second hand modular unit that only requires a small down payment twenty miles away?
So, one of the very important discussions that you, as a couple, should have is: What type of house do we want to live in? Each one of you should create of list of priorities for this house (inside and outside) so you have a guideline.
