O is for out of town ceremony . . out of town reception. You, the Bride and Groom, should make a genuine effort to "check out" any possible ceremony and/or receptions locations or talk to people who have been there previously before you sign a contract or give a deposit. Inspect the locations during daylight hours and evening hours.
