It's okay to mix and match flatware, glassware, and place settings.   Even the salt and pepper shaker on this table top don't match..  If you like to create different "looks" on your dinner table or you like several colors or patterns of dinnerware, silverware and stemware then make those items "blend" with each other.   Your wedding or bridal registry should have a variety of items that reflect the Bride and Groom and their life style.
