What do we need to take to the Marriage License department?
The applicants must apply "in person" . . and they must bring a driver's license or a passport or a Florida Identification Card. If either of the applicants were previously married, the date the prior marriage ended by divorce, annulment or death is required. I strongly suggest bringing two forms of identification, and one of them should be a picture ID.
